Cancelation and Return Policy

As a consumer purchasing online, you have the legal right to cancel your order with us before receiving your product. If you wish to cancel, please email us. 

After receiving your product, our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return please email us.

If the product has a manufacturer defect, then please email us with the details and provide pictures if possible.
